4. ORDERS AND PRICING

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

Placing an item in the cart does not constitute a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email/SMS.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, with a full refund to the original payment method.

Promotional prices, discount codes, and offers are valid for the specified period only and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. PAYMENT

Cash on Delivery (COD) — available at select pin codes and subject to order value limits

All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Vedikhakim does not store your card or bank account details.

For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for the associated address or account.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation, subject to product availability.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location within India.

We ship across India using reputed logistics partners. Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including public holidays, natural calamities, or courier delays.

Tracking information will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.

Vedikhakim is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Free shipping thresholds and charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

We want you to be satisfied with every Vedikhakim purchase. Our policy is as follows:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Products: Due to the consumable and perishable nature of herbal goods, all products — whether opened or unopened — are strictly non-returnable once delivered.

Refunds: Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly dispatched products as verified by our team. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at vedikhakim@gmail.com

RTO / Undelivered Packages: If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or customer refusal, re-shipping charges will apply for any subsequent delivery attempt.

To report a damaged or defective product, contact us at vedikhakim@gmail.com or call 8240066956 within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this window will not be entertained.
